Is there a futures market that can be used to predict the price of a U.S. Senator’s seat at a future date?

I’m setting aside $1,000 a week at a compounding interest rate to have some reserves ready but I need to know if there is a proxy measure to see what the costs will be in upcoming years. Are house seats cheaper?
